1. Welcome to Chooza

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Chooza mobile application and services, operated by MorvaniLabs LLC. By using Chooza, you agree to these terms.

2. Age Requirements

Chooza is strictly for users aged 13 and older. If we discover that you are under 13, your account will be immediately terminated. Additionally, certain content on Chooza, including nightlife venues and restricted events, is intended only for users aged 17 and older.

3. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your use of the platform. You agree not to post any content that is abusive, harassing, misleading, or violates our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content and ban users at our discretion.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create. By uploading, you grant Chooza a license to display your content on the platform. Content associated with a deleted account is removed within 30 days.

5. Reporting & Moderation

We employ a combination of automated and human moderation. If you encounter content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines, you must use the in-app reporting tools or contact us immediately.

Chooza surfaces community-derived signals and recommendations as a starting point for your own judgment — they are not professional advice and not guarantees about any venue. Conditions at real-world places change; verify before you rely.
